Joseph fell in love with photography the moment his mother gave him her old, simple, three setting, Kodak Duaflex II camera. As he looked through the viewfinder, he found magic! He shot countless rolls of his five brothers and sisters, mom and dad, the kids on the block, and anyone who would stop long enough for him to snap a picture. His love and gift for photographing people developed early and continues to grow.

Although Joseph’s equipment is far more elaborate today, his goal is simple: to capture human emotion. The love and joy that he captures is evidenced in his portraits of romance between a man and a woman, the passion of their first kiss as husband and wife, a father’s endearment as he walks his little girl down the aisle, the tenderness between a parent and child, the playful interaction between siblings, and the heartfelt friendship of wedding guests.

Joseph’s award winning style is no doubt a product of his continuing education and his eye toward current trends within timeless beauty. He is a member of Wedding & Portrait Photographers International, Professional Photographers of America and Chicagoland Professional Photographers Association.
